If you are not ready for the hassles of home

historic spaces downtown. Prices for rentals range from around $600 to more
than $1,000 per month, depending on the location and extras. While newer
apartment complexes generally offer more modern amenities, apartments in the
downtown area often have historic touches such as a wrap-around porch or
fireplace. Be prepared to provide a deposit, a month’s rent and references
